Perkins Roofing has been a South Florida family company since 1980. We hire for the long arc — apprentice to crew lead, crew lead to project manager, project manager to estimator. Most of our senior staff started on the field crews.

- Paid training. Manufacturer certification, OSHA, fall-protection, and Florida licensing exam prep.
- Health, dental, vision. Coverage starts the first of the month after 30 days.
- Paid time off. Two weeks the first year, three after five.
