What is the minimum charge?
$475 covers the site visit, photo report, and most single-point repairs.
What if the leak shows up somewhere else?
The repair carries a written warranty on the repaired area. If the issue is a different failure point, we return and quote that repair separately.
Should I just replace the roof?
Not necessarily. If the roof is under 15 years old, repair almost always wins on cost-per-year. We will tell you honestly during the visit.
Do you direct-bill insurance?
For storm claims, yes. For wear-and-tear repairs, payment is direct.
